Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information Realtio collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to the Realtio mobile app and the public catalogs hosted on realtio.link.

1. Information we collect

Account information: email address and password. Passwords are managed and stored hashed by our authentication provider (Supabase) — we never have access to them in plain text.

Profile information: display name, profile photo, biography, location, WhatsApp number, public email (only if you choose to add one), and currency preferences.

Property information: details you publish about each property, including type (apartment, house, etc.), operation (sale or rent), description, price, currency, beds, baths, parking, floor, area, location text, geographic coordinates, features, and photos.

Links and highlights: social profile and external links you choose to add, and the property collections (highlights) you organize.

Public page settings: your personal slug (e.g., your-name), headline, theme, and publish status.

Technical information: standard request metadata such as IP address, used for security, abuse prevention, and basic service operation. We do not currently use third-party analytics or advertising trackers.

2. How we use your information

We use the information you provide to operate your account and authenticate you, to host and display your public catalog at your personal URL, to open WhatsApp conversations when a prospect taps your contact button, to process Pro subscriptions through the Apple App Store or Google Play, to fix bugs and improve the product, and to comply with our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

3. What is public

Anything you publish on your public catalog — profile name, photo, bio, location, WhatsApp number, public email (if added), links, properties, and photos — is accessible to anyone with your link.

You control what is published from inside the app. Unpublished drafts are not visible to the public.

4. Where your data lives

Realtio uses Supabase for authentication, database storage, and file storage (property photos). Subscription billing is processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. These providers process data on our behalf, or under their own policies in the case of billing.

Your data may be processed and stored in countries other than yours. We rely on the safeguards provided by our infrastructure partners.

5. Data retention

We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, your public catalog is taken down immediately, and your personal data and photos are scheduled for deletion within 30 days.

Some information may be kept longer where required for legal, accounting, or security reasons.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing.

You can exercise most of these rights directly inside the Realtio app (edit profile, unpublish content, delete account). For any other request, write to contact@realtio.link.

7. Children

Realtio is intended for users 18 years or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

8. Security

We use industry-standard practices to protect your data, including encryption in transit and access controls on our backend. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to minimize risk.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email.
