Terms of Service

By creating a Realtio account or using the service in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use Realtio.

Realtio is a personal catalog platform that lets real estate agents publish properties and share a single personal link (for example, realtio.link/your-name) where prospects can browse what they offer and start a WhatsApp conversation.

Realtio is intentionally simple. It is not a marketplace, a CRM, or a lead-management system. We focus on a clean public catalog and direct WhatsApp contact between agents and prospects.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts in your country. You are responsible for the information you provide, the activity that happens under your account, and for keeping your credentials secure.

Authentication is handled by our infrastructure provider (Supabase). Passwords are stored hashed; we never see them in plain text.

You keep all rights to the content you upload — profile information, property descriptions, photos, links, and any other data you submit through the app.

By publishing content on Realtio, you grant us a limited license to host, store, display, and transmit it for the sole purpose of operating the service and showing it on your public catalog and previews shared on social networks or WhatsApp.

You represent that you have the rights to everything you publish, including property photos and information, and that the content does not infringe on third-party rights or violate any law.

You agree not to use Realtio to publish illegal content, misrepresent properties, send spam, infringe on others' rights, distribute malware, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

You agree to comply with the real estate, advertising, and consumer-protection laws that apply to you and to the properties you publish.

Realtio offers a free plan with limits on the number of properties and photos, and a paid Pro plan with additional capacity and features.

Subscriptions are sold and billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, and are subject to their billing terms. You can cancel anytime from your store account; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds.

When you publish your page, your profile and the properties you have published become publicly accessible from your personal link. You decide what to publish from inside the app.

WhatsApp conversations triggered by your contact button take place directly between you and your prospect inside WhatsApp. Realtio does not intercept, store, or relay the content of those conversations.

The Realtio name, logo, design, and software are owned by Realtio and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them except as needed to use the service.

You can delete your account at any time from inside the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or pose a risk to other users or to the platform.

When an account is terminated, the public catalog is taken down and the associated data is scheduled for deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.

Realtio is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific result will be achieved.

We do not verify property listings and are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or quality of the content published by agents.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Realtio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Continued use of Realtio after a change means you accept the new Terms.
